More than a list of symptoms: thriving through perimenopause and menopause

Women walking together in the countryside on a Thrive Collective retreat day

We all know that nourishing food, regular movement and good-quality sleep support our health—but putting it all into practice during perimenopause and menopause can feel like a completely different challenge.

This stage of life isn't about rigid perfection, restrictive diets or fighting against your changing body. It's about finding ways to feel stronger, more energised and better supported—while still enjoying your life.

What you do most of the time matters far more than what you do occasionally.

Menopause is often discussed as a list of symptoms: hot flushes, disrupted sleep, brain fog, anxiety, fatigue and changes in mood. But every woman's experience is different, and you are so much more than a collection of symptoms to be managed.

Homeopathy and the whole person

In homeopathy, we take a highly individualised approach, considering a person's physical symptoms alongside their emotional health and overall wellbeing.

Two women may be experiencing the same stage of life but feel completely different. One may be navigating anxiety and poor sleep, while another is struggling with fatigue or feeling overwhelmed.

Homeopathy is one of the complementary approaches some women choose to explore alongside appropriate medical care, nourishing food, movement and rest. It does not replace advice or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

A day created for you

We created our Menopause Thrive Day Retreat to give you time away from everyday demands—a welcoming space where you can learn, move, eat well, ask questions and connect with other women.

During the day, you'll enjoy:

  • Tea, coffee and breakfast options
  • A guided 45-minute walk
  • An inclusive one-hour workout suitable for all fitness levels
  • A delicious, nourishing lunch prepared onsite
  • Expert-led conversations covering HRT, homeopathy, nutrition and strength training
  • Practical tools you can take into everyday life
  • Supportive conversation in a relaxed and friendly environment

You'll leave feeling informed, empowered and ready to approach this stage of life with greater confidence.
